laboratory unit
Strict daily calibration protocols are utilised to ensure equipment integrity

Site Management
Each site is staffed with a manager (or supervisor) according to the customer’s site-specific
requirements
In addition to the civil materials test reports, daily, weekly and or monthly site performance
reports are provided according to the customer’s site-specific requirements
Quality Management (QMS)
A QMS standards and procedures manual is developed specifically for each site which has the
company’s QMS standards at its core
Managing Members conduct site performance and Quality Management System (QMS)
compliance inspections at least twice per annum, unless customer requirements
